服務條款
Effective Date: 29 September 2025
1. Introduction
This website, along with all events, programs, and activities organized, hosted, or provided by the Finternet Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Finternet"), is governed by these Terms of Service ( the "Terms"). These Terms constitute an agreement between Finternet and the individual who completes the relevant event online registration form ("you" or "your"). The terms "We," "us," and "our" refer to Finternet throughout this document.
By accessing the website, purchasing a QR code ticket, attending any Finternet events, or using any services provided by Finternet, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access the website, purchase tickets, or attend any Finternet events.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website or attending any Finternet events, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including all incorporated policies, disclaimers, and notices, which may be updated from time to time, issued by Finternet. Continued use or attendance constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms posted by Finternet.
Finternet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. All changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
3. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Participation in Finternet events requires compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and sanctions.
4. Event Modifications and Cancellation
Finternet may, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice:
Modify or alter the program, agenda, speakers, venue, dates, or timing of the event;
Cancel, suspend, interrupt, or postpone the event, in whole or in part;
Refuse participation or entry to any person at its sole discretion.
Tickets grant access solely to the event and not to any specific sessions, speakers, or activities.
5. Ticketing and QR Code
Each QR code ticket admits one person only.
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full and valid payment.
Tickets are non-transferable, non-resellable, and non-refundable, except as explicitly provided by Finternet.
Any fraudulent, duplicated, or unauthorized use of a QR code may result in legal action and immediate denial of entry.
You may not use tickets for commercial purposes or act as an agent selling or distributing tickets.
Ticket prices are displayed on the event website. Ticket prices for an event are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change the ticket prices at any time but any changes will not affect tickets that have already been purchased. A valid ticket entitles you to entry to the relevant event as an attendee, but does not include any requirements associated with travel to or from the event or any accommodation costs incurred, and we shall have no liability for such costs or expenses.
We are not obligated to offer any discounts for a particular event and reserve the right to change or withdraw a discount offer at any time at our sole discretion.
6. Finternet Services and Website Use
Finternet provides the website and events for informational, educational, professional, and networking purposes. You agree not to:
Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities;
Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the website, systems, or events.
Violation may result in immediate termination of access or participation without liability to Finternet.
7. Voluntary Participation, Risk, and Indemnification
7.1 Voluntary Participation
Participation is entirely voluntary. You must comply with all safety rules, instructions, and regulations. Finternet may terminate your participation without refund for non-compliance.
7.2 Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge and assume all risks arising from participation, including injury, death, or property damage, whether caused by your actions, others, environmental conditions, or Finternet’s negligence. Finternet does not provide insurance; participants are responsible for their own coverage.
7.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Finternet, its affiliates, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or unlawful actions.
8. Photo, Video, and Media Release
You grant Finternet or authorized third parties a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable license to use your name, image, likeness, and submitted materials (“Material”) in any media for promotional, advertising, or commercial purposes. Finternet exclusively owns all rights in media captured, recorded, or created in connection with the event. No claims for royalties, residuals, or compensation shall be made.
9. Conduct and Compliance
Participants must:
Present a valid QR code for entry;
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, abuse, or threatening behavior;
Avoid impersonation, unauthorized access facilitation, or advocacy of illegal activities;
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and sanctions;
Refrain from unauthorized advertising, solicitation, vulgar, or infringing content.
Violation may result in removal without notice or refund.
10. Fees, Refunds, and Sanctions
All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Finternet reserves the right to refuse participation to persons or entities from sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finternet, its affiliates, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the event, website, or these Terms.
You acknowledge and agree that views expressed by speakers at or in connection with an event are their own and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any advice given or views expressed during or in connection with an event.
Materials shared or distributed at or in connection with an event are intended for information purposes only and should not be relied upon by you or others. We and our related companies do not provide any guarantees, conditions or warranties that the materials are complete or accurate and do not accept any responsibility or liability for reliance by you or any person on any aspect of the event and/or any information provided at the event.
12. Force Majeure
Finternet shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, strikes, or technical failures.
13. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, content, and materials, in and to the event, the event content, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the event are owned by Finternet. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly provided herein.
14. Privacy
Submission of personal information is governed by Finternet’s Privacy Policy.
15. Warranties
To the extent permitted by the applicable law, we disclaim all warranties or conditions, either express or implied, or any part of them in respect of any aspect of an event or any related materials. You acknowledge and agree that in accepting these Terms you have not relied on any representation or warranty that is not expressly included in these Terms and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a part of these Terms.
16. Termination
Finternet may terminate or suspend access to the website, services, or event for violation of these Terms, without affecting accrued rights or obligations.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by Hong Kong law. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules, with the seat in Hong Kong, a single arbitrator, and English as the language of proceedings.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Finternet regarding the website, events, QR code tickets, media rights, conduct, and related services, superseding all prior agreements.
20. Language Prevails Claus
In the event of any ambiguity, discrepancy, or conflict between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. The English version shall be deemed authoritative and legally binding.
